  • Completed Form of Internet Payment Services
  • The completed form of Internet Payment Services Agreement (in duplicates sealed by the POS owner and all pages signed by the signatories)
  • Copy of first page of the bank account booklet, in the name of the company or the institute opened with one of bank’s branches in Iran,
  • Certified copies of National ID Cards and Birth Certificates of the directors and signatories,
  • Certified copies of the official gazette (with National ID No.) and the latest changes and/or the business license or work permit,
  • Notice of company’s establishment,
  • Economic code obtained from Tax Authority,

  • Signing applicant’s contract by management of Saman Electronic Payment Company,
  • Defining the POS code in the system and submitting the same to the applicant’s email,
  • Sending the contract to the applicant,
